1. About Us

MatchCamOxford provides match recording and related video services for grassroots and youth football across Oxfordshire.
We are currently operating as an independent service provider (not yet registered as a limited company).

2. Services

We offer:

  • Recording of football matches and events

  • (Coming soon) Livestreaming services

  • Basic editing and highlights on request

All services are delivered digitally — clients receive footage via an online download link within approximately 24 -48 hours after full time.

3. Bookings & Payments

  • Bookings can be made via our website, social media, or direct message.

  • Payment is required before kick-off — either cash on the day or bank transfer in advance.

  • Once payment has been received, the recording will proceed as agreed.

4. Cancellations & Refunds

  • If a match is cancelled or forfeited, we will refund any prepayment in full.

  • If we cannot attend due to technical or personal reasons, you will receive a full refund.

  • If the match goes ahead but we experience technical issues (e.g., camera failure), we will offer a full or partial refund depending on what footage was captured.

5. Delivery

  • Footage will be sent digitally via a secure link within 24 hours of recording.

  • Clients are encouraged to download and store their copy promptly; download links may expire after a set time.

6. Ownership & Usage Rights

  • Once payment is received, both MatchCamOxford and the client hold shared rights to the footage.

  • Clients may use their footage for personal, team, or educational use.

  • MatchCamOxford reserves the right to use short clips or stills for promotional purposes (social media, website, or portfolio), unless the client specifically requests otherwise in writing before filming.

7. Consent & Safeguarding

  • For youth football (under 18s), the coach or organiser is responsible for ensuring all necessary parental or guardian consent is obtained before filming takes place.

  • MatchCamOxford operates under a strict safeguarding policy and will never publish footage of minors online without appropriate consent.

  • We will comply with all applicable data protection and child safeguarding guidelines.

8. Liability

  • While we take every care to provide a reliable, high-quality service, we are not liable for events outside our control (e.g., weather, pitch conditions, match cancellations, or technical interruptions).

  • Clients accept that football is an outdoor, live environment and some variation in audio/visual quality may occur.

  • Our total liability is limited to the amount paid for the service in question.

9. Data Protection & Privacy

  • We collect and store only the information necessary to manage bookings and deliver footage.

  • All data is handled securely in compliance with UK GDPR.
